We collect information you submit through the contact form, email or WhatsApp, such as your name, contact details, profile or website and message. We use it to respond to enquiries and prepare proposals (pre-contractual steps), provide agreed services (contract), and meet legal and tax obligations. We send email updates only with your consent; you may withdraw it at any time.

Google Analytics is used for website statistics only after you consent. Optional cookies can be declined. The website is hosted by Hostinger. If you follow links to WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube or other external services, those services handle your data under their own privacy notices. Additional Google or Meta tracking tools should only be enabled and described in the cookie notice before they collect data. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; contact us for information about relevant transfers and safeguards.

Enquiries that do not lead to a project are kept for up to 12 months. Client records are kept for the periods required by applicable tax and other laws. Analytics data follows the retention settings in the Google Analytics account.

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, object to processing where applicable, and withdraw consent. Contact details and your message are needed to respond; without them, we may not be able to handle your enquiry.

Each project is set out in a written proposal accepted by both parties, including its scope, fees, schedule and applicable conditions.

The projects, case studies and testimonials shown refer to real work. A project description is not a promise of identical or future results; outcomes depend on context, execution and external factors. The website’s content, text, design and images belong to Lucas Dlord unless stated otherwise. Client names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the projects. Published testimonials are reproduced from public LinkedIn recommendations.

If you contract as a consumer, you may refer a dispute to the Lisbon Consumer Conflict Arbitration Centre (CACCL), which covers the Lisbon Metropolitan Area, including Sintra, subject to its jurisdiction and value limits.
